We're excited to welcome our newest staff members to Brownstown Elementary! We can't wait to see the positive impact they'll have on our students, school, and community.

Brownstown Elementary School is still accepting enrollments for our Little Braves Academy!

We have openings for 3 and 4-year-old preschool students. Little Braves Academy provides a caring, engaging, and fun learning environment where our youngest Braves can learn, grow, and prepare for kindergarten.

Congratulations to our Brownstown Archery Team on an incredible experience competing at the World Championships in Daytona Beach, Florida! We are proud of the hard work, dedication, and sportsmanship each archer displayed while representing our school and community on the world stage.

Thank you to our coaches, families, sponsors, and supporters who helped make this opportunity possible. Competing at Worlds is a tremendous accomplishment, and we couldn't be more proud of our Braves! Safe travels home, and congratulations on a great season!

Work Hard Be Nice Winners, Most Improved Students, and BES Role Model Winners were celebrated at a special awards program on Tuesday at BES!

We are proud of these students and the way they represent The Brave Way each day. They work hard, show kindness, lead by example, and continue to grow. Great job, Braves!

Our Kids Heart Challenge top earners earned a pretty fun reward this year… Tattoo Your Principals Day! 🎉😂 Thanks to the incredible generosity and hard work of our students and families, BES raised an amazing $3,660.26 for the Kids Heart Challenge! ❤️ As a special reward, our top earners, our top fundraising grade level — the 1st graders — and Mrs. Harvey’s K1 class all got the chance to “tattoo” Mr. Young and Mrs. Hukill today. The students had a blast, and our principals were such great sports! We are so proud of all of our students for their efforts and big hearts. Way to go, BES! Let’s see if we can top it next school year! 👏✨

Congrats to our Little Braves of the Month for May at Brownstown Elementary! We are proud of these students for showing what it means to follow the BES Brave Way each day through hard work, kindness, leadership, and positive attitudes. Keep up the great work, Braves!

Congrats to Kevin Campbell on winning the Jackson County Coloring Book essay contest! We are proud of Kevin for representing BES and showing his creativity and hard work. What an awesome accomplishment and a great way to showcase Brave Pride!

Fun night at Brownstown Elementary with our Color Run! Congrats to all of our winners! It was an awesome evening filled with energy, smiles, and so much family support. Events like this remind us how special the BES community truly is. Thank you to everyone who helped organize, volunteer, donate, and cheer on our students. Our kids had a blast, and it was great seeing families, staff, and students come together for such a positive night. Proud to be part of the BES Brave family!
